What are Rapids hours and rates?
Do you allow prosthetics on waterslides?
We allow prosthetics on waterslides given the following conditions:
- Riders must be able to safely enter and exit the slides.
- Riders must be able to assume the prescribed riding position.
- The prosthetic must not pose a danger to the patron themselves, others in the ride, the riding vehicle and/or the riding surface (which is for the safety of the guests to maintain a safe riding surface)
- Guests wearing prosthetic devices must cover any exposed metal with a padded material.

Do you sell towels and sunscreen?
Yes, there is a retail store at the park. Towels, swimsuits, flip flops, rashguards, suntan lotion and other items are available for purchase.
Are lockers available for rent? How much are they?
Yes, lockers are available for rent. Locker rentals are $10.00 plus a $5.00 deposit fee for a small locker or $15.00 plus a $5.00 deposit for a large locker. The deposit is refunded when the locker key is returned.
Does Rapids supply life vests?
Yes, Rapids has life jackets/ PFD’s (Personal Flotation Device) available at no charge. Rapids recommends all guests under 48” or who are non- swimmers wear life jackets where appropriate. PFD’s brought into the park must be US Coast Guard approved.
Can I bring food and drinks into Rapids?
Food, beverages and coolers may not be brought inside the park but they can be left in the covered picnic areas located just outside the park’s gates. Glass bottles and/ or alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on water park grounds.
Is food and beverage available for purchase at Rapids?
Yes, Rapids features two full service snack bars, The Big Surf Cafe serves hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, sandwich wraps, salads, pizza, beverages, ice cream and more. Different food stands are located throughout the park offering a variety of delights including frosty creations, slushies, cinnamon rolls, lemonade, sno-cones and cotton candy.
Am I allowed to bring floats from home (ex: children’s arm floats, inflatable tubes)?
Rapids has life jackets available at no charge. You can bring your own life jackets or personal floatation devices as long as they are US Coast Guard approved. Swimsuits with built in flotation devices are acceptable as long as they are US Coast Guard approved.
Can I leave the park and re-enter throughout the day?
Yes, all park guests leaving the park and planning to return later that day are required to get a hand stamp prior to leaving the park.
Is there a dress code for the park?
Appropriate swimwear is required and subject to park approval. No pants with rivets, belts, buckles, chains or bikini thongs allowed. Jeans are permitted in the park but not on any of the slides or attractions. Riders are not permitted to wear sunglasses and/or water shoes on slides.
Are swim masks or goggles permitted?
Swim Masks or Goggles are only permitted in the pools.
What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
Unfortunately, no refunds or rain checks will be given due to inclement weather. If lightning is detected within a certain radius of the park, park guests will be asked to stay out of the water for safety reasons until the weather has cleared.
How much is parking?
Parking is $10/ vehicle. Preferred parking is $20/ vehicle.
Is the water heated?
No, the water is not heated.

Does Rapids have an annual pass?
Yes, we do offer a Gold Card Season Pass.
If I am not going to ride, do I still have to pay to enter the park?
Yes. All guests entering the park must purchase an admission ticket.
Do you search bags upon entry?
Yes. All bags are searched prior to entry.
What happens if I lose my Season Pass card?
A new card can be obtained for a $25 fee. Proper ID needs to be presented at Season Pass processing.
