Rapids Water Park Opens on March 10

Get ready to slide and surf into Spring. Rapids Water Park opens for its 39th splashtacular season on Saturday, March 10th, 2018.

Rapids Water Park’s 2018 season will feature 194 days of thrills. Season passes are now on sale with $30 savings off the regular price. A season pass provides unlimited admissions all season-long through October 28th, 2018 and includes free parking; a free souvenir sports bottle with $1.25 unlimited soft drink refills throughout the summer; plus discounts on food, friend tickets, plus retail merchandise purchases and cabana rentals inside the park. Each Gold Season Pass purchased by March 11th, 2018, comes with one Bring-A-Friend FREE ticket that’s good for one visit during the 2018 season.

The park will feature Flow Jams each Saturday the last hour of the day from March 10th through April 21st. This event takes place at the FlowRider, a wave simulator, in which riders can boogie board, kneel or stand up on the Flow board and learn from FLOW Tour pros. One rider will be selected each Saturday and presented with a certificate and invited to come back to participate in the FLOW Tour Prime Event on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 and have their registration waived. Both amateurs and professional Flow boarders will partake in the FLOW Tour Prime Event for prizes and up to a $3,000 cash purse.

South Florida’s largest water park has over 35-acres featuring 42 of the biggest, most thrilling water slides including the Brain Drain, Black Thunder, Pirate’s Plunge, the 25,000 sq. ft. Big Surf Wave Pool, a quarter mile Lazy River and more! Other park amenities include a restaurant, 2 bars, cabanas, snack food areas and pavilions for company picnics, school and camp fieldtrips and other catered events.
